How it works

No software to learn. Watch.

No desktop app, no CAD. Beside you: a commercial unit and its workshop — two buildings, one live plan, drawing itself as you read. Keep scrolling; the editor will do the talking.

Scroll — the plan works through a real session
STEP 01 · THE RECORD

Two buildings. One file. Real geometry.

Sketch, photo or address in — that part takes under a minute (see Examples). What arrives isn't a picture: it's walls, rooms and openings the editor understands, across as many buildings as the site needs. The canvas grows as you draw.

  • WALLS Drag any of them — they're live
  • MULTI-BUILDING Offices, units, outbuildings — one canvas
STEP 02 · THE STACK

Layers stack on the same geometry.

Desks and furniture to plan the space. Fire safety to protect it — across both buildings at once. Services to record what's behind the walls. Eleven layers, each one a switch, none of them a separate file.

  • FURNITURE Commercial + residential palettes
  • FIRE SAFETY ISO-7010 symbols + computed routes
  • SERVICES Plant, consumer unit, stopcock
STEP 03 · DIRECT EDIT

Everything answers a right-click.

Every wall, room, door and symbol carries its own menu — rename, reshape, properties, delete. Watch the cursor promote the meeting room… or right-click the plan yourself.

  • ONE TAP Context menus on every entity
  • UNDO Every change is reversible
STEP 04 · THE ASSISTANT

Or just say it.

The chat edits the plan with you — across buildings, too. And it presses exactly the same buttons the menus do: one set of operations, whether it's your hand or the AI's.

  • SAME OPS Chat and menus share one engine
  • UNDOABLE AI edits are normal edits
STEP 05 · OUTSIDE

The plan doesn't stop at the door.

Zoom out: the same file carries the site boundary, landscaping, the yard, parking bays, bin and cycle stores — then the estate itself, with neighbouring units, shadows and a north point.

  • BOUNDARY · AREAS · WAYS The whole site
  • OBJECTS · CONTEXT Yard stores to streetscape
STEP 06 · TRUE TO SCALE

Measured, not decorative.

100% zoom is real metres on screen. Dimensions live on their own layer, areas update as walls move, everything snaps. From here: 3D, live embeds, branded PDFs, A3 fire-action plans.

  • SCALE Fixed pixels-per-metre · zoom 20–400%
  • EXPORT 2D · 3D · embed · PDF · PNG · SVG

One file. Eleven layers. The whole site.

From the first wall to the estate road. The editor's waiting — and the first plan takes under a minute.
